1 dies as Ogun SSG survives auto crash

Mr. Adebiyi Adesanya, an aide to Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State, on Friday evening lost his life in a ghastly auto crash that occurred along Siun-Kobape road, Abeokuta.

The deceased aide was travelling in the same vehicle with Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mr. Taiwo Adeoluwa, who survived the accident.

Mr. Adeoluwa was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre, Idi-Aba, Abeokuta, where he was receiving treatment, following the injuries he sustained in the accident.

The Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Ogun State Command, Mr. Clement Oladele, confirmed the incident in Abeokuta, but could not ascertain the immediate cause of the accident.

Oladele said the SSG was responding to treatment, and will be discharged very soon.
