The Hausa community in Ogun State, on Tuesday, endorsed the
candidate of Allied People’s Movement (APM), Hon. Abdulkabir Adekunle Akinlade
to become the governor of Ogun State.

The endorsement, which was witnessed by a large turnout of
Hausa residents in the state, took place at the secretariat of Nigeria Union of
Journalists (NUJ), Ogun State Council, Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta.
Hon. Akinlade thanked the Hausa community for their
unflinching support and confidence reposed in him, and promised not to disappoint
them.
He assured them that he will continue to build on the template
of achievements laid by Governor Ibikunle Amosun, while he will further embark
on more programmes and projects that will impact positively on the lives of the
people of Ogun State.
The APM gubernatorial candidate urged the Hausa community to
come out in large numbers on March 9 to vote for him and other candidates of
the party that are contesting for the House of Assembly seats.
