The Managing Director of First City Monument Bank, Adam Nuru, has proceeded on leave.
Great Achiever Magazine reports that according to a public notice signed by management of the bank, Nuru proceeded on voluntary leave, as the bank had commenced a review of what transpired in the allegation of paternity scandal between Adam Nuru and a former staff of the bank, Moyo Thomas, her deceased husband, Tunde Thomas and their two children, which has dominated the media space in the past few days.
The bank has therefore appealed to its stakeholders to bear with the bank as the review is being conducted and to respect the various families involved.
