It was a triumphant entry for the Baale Aba-Paanu Moborode Village, Ago-Iwoye, Chief Bosun Sipe, as he was given a rousing and heroic welcome by the highly excited villagers who trooped out in large number to receive him as the newly installed and duly recognised Baale of the village.
Chief Sipe was immediately on his arrival conducted round the village to meet each household and assess the situation on ground.
Great Achiever Magazine reports that the Baale later held an open meeting with the entire villagers where he assured them of a new dawn of development and progress of the village.
He also assured the villagers of an all inclusive administration of the village, noting that with their collective support, Aba-Paanu Moborode will soon begin to witness a turn around.
Chief Sipe advised the villagers to continue to live in peace and harmony, while he enjoined them to beware of an impostor that may be parading himself as a fake Baale, who should be treated as an outcast.
He said he was ready to serve the village diligently and responsibly, adding that he would deploy his wealth of experience and connection in the corporate world, where he served for a long period of time, to facilitate development of the village.
The villagers on their part pledged their unflinching support to the Baale and prayed for his success as he took over the mantle of leadership in Aba-Paanu Moborode Village.
