Ago-Iwoye socialite, Otunba Biodun Ogunfodunrin gives daughter out in marriage

The great city of Ago-Iwoye played host to  family, friends and associates of a socialite, Otunba Abiodun Ogunfodunrin, who gave out his daughter in marriage on Saturday, 6th November, 2021.


Great Achiever Magazine reports that the marriage ceremony between Miss Ayokunmi Ogunfodunrin and Mr Adewale Odukunmoju started with a Church service at Paseda Memorial Methodist Church, Ago-Iwoye, where the couple was joined in holy matrimony.

The officiating minister, Rev. Adegbenga Ominuga, in his sermon at the occasion, urged the new couple to build their marriage on a solid foundation of trust and prayer, adding that a successful marriage requires the strong commitment of both husband and wife.


He advised family and friends not to interfere in the marital affairs of the young couple, but rather pray to God to bless the marriage.

Rev. Ominuga, prayed for God's guidance and protection over the new couple as they march on in the journey of life.


After the Church service, family, friends and well wishers were entertained at an elaborate wedding reception held at ADRAD Event Centre, Ago-Iwoye.

The Chairman of the wedding reception, Prince Feyisayo Soyewo, who was represented by Alhaji Olurombi, congratulated the new couple and their parents for the successful wedding ceremony.


He counselled the couple to be patient and tolerant of one another as they begin a new chapter in their lives, praying that God will bless the marriage with beautiful children.


The father of the bride, Otunba Biodun Ogunfodunrin, a retired school principal and community leader, thanked family, friends, associates and well wishers for their presence and support.
