A foremost aspirant for the 2023 House of Representatives election on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Asiwaju Tele Ogunjobi, has congratulated the Muslim faithful in Ogun State and across the country on the successful completion of this year’s Ramadan and the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.
In a statement signed by Tele Ogunjobi Media Team, he urged the Muslim faithful to continue to display the virtues of the Ramadan lesson by being one another’s keepers.
Great Achiever Magazine reports that Ogunjobi, who is the Wazir Musulumi of Ijebuland, urged the Muslims to use this year’s Eid-el-Fitr celebrations to engender the spirit of oneness and also re-dedicate themselves to the virtues of love, patriotism and unity as preached by Prophet Muhammad (SWT).
He appealed to Muslims and other religious groups not to desist from the spirit of love and charity to the most vulnerable members of society, particularly at this time of great economic stress.
