National Industrial Court orders ASUU to return to work

The National Industrial Court of Nigeria has ordered the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, to return to work pending the hearing and determination of the suit pending before the court.

The order was made by Justice Polycarp Hamman while delivering a ruling in an Interlocutory Application by the Federal Government, seeking an order asking the striking lecturers back to work.
