The Supreme Court has affirmed Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the 2023 presidential election which was held on 25th February, 2023.
In a judgement delivered on Thursday, 26th October, 2023, the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi, presidential candidate of Labour Party (LP) for lacking in merit.
Great Achiever Magazine reports that the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) had earlier upheld the election of President Bola Tinubu in the petitions filed by Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi seeking to nullify Tinubu's victory at the 25th February, 2023 Presidential Election.
