NFF to appoint new foreign Technical Adviser for Super Eagles

The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF has resolved to appoint a foreign Technical Adviser for the Super Eagles in coming weeks ahead of the start of 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in September.

This follows disappointing performance in the June qualifiers for 2026 World Cup where the team played 1-1 draw with South Africa at home and lost 2-1 to Benin Republic away in Côte D’Ivoire.

The NFF is however silent on the fate of new Super Eagles Coach, Finidi George.
