Prostate Cancer: ‘Don’t castrate yourself', Doctor advises men

A medical practitioner, Dr Bisola Kadiku, on Saturday, advised men to be conscious of their mental health to prevent prostate cancer.

Kadiku, who was a guest on Channels Television’s Sunrise programme, admonished the male folks not to castrate themselves in the event of having prostate cancer.

She also advised that men should avoid red meat and rather concentrate on taking fruits like watermelon and tomato juice, among others.
