Hudu Yunusa-Ari
The Nigeria Police Force has granted administrative bail to Barr. Hudu Yunusa-Ari, the suspended Adamawa State Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC).
Great Achiever Magazine reports that Yunusa-Ari has been in Police custody for interrogations over his role in the illegal declaration of Aishat Binani as the Adamawa governor-elect during the supplementary election.
According to a press release by Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the police in the course of investigations into allegations of impropriety during the supplementary gubernatorial polls in the state, has granted administrative bail to the REC while investigations subsist.
Yunusa-Ari is expected to report at the Police Headquarters every weekday while investigations are ongoing on the matter.
